Katie Tindol works as a nonprofit and governmental auditor with the team at Arline and Wiggins. She also works on compilations and reviews for certain clients, and occasionally completes tax returns for nonprofit 990s and individuals. She is passionate about working with nonprofits and finds her work to be challenging and inspiring.

Prior to joining Arline and Wiggins, Katie worked as a nonprofit and governmental auditor for Mauldin & Jenkins, a firm based in Atlanta. She graduated from The University of North Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and she is currently studying to take the CPA exam.

Her favorite part about working at Arline and Wiggins is the camaraderie and uplifting environment in the office, which she says is not an easy thing to find in public accounting. She appreciates that everyone works as a team and pitches in together to get the job done.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, who she met while he was vacationing on St. Simons. When she isn’t studying or working, you can find her exercising, walking her dogs in the neighborhood or on the beach, painting and drawing, and spending time with her family.
